You can choose a wide variety of ecosystems to go birding like the cloud forest in Chicaque, high Andean forest, and páramos in Chingaza and Sumapaz, wetlands in La Florida, or Sub-Andean forests around the Tabacal Lagoon, always focusing on endemic birds, regional specialties and the most beautiful birds that you wouldn't belive live only a few kilometers from the Colombian capital.
